Happy Pet Life offers FREE shipping on orders $199+. The standard shipping cost of $10 will be applied to orders under $199.

All products take about 2-8 business day estimated delivery total depending on your location, after about 1-4 business days of processing the order. The majority of our parcels are delivered by Australia Post, however we occasionally work with other courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service.

* Please note that the above timeframes are only estimated delivery times based on our couriers and delays can occur from time to time in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. COVID, delays in production, holiday seasons, or extreme weather event) We encourage you to shop as early as possible during Holiday Seasons.

** If you ordered multiple, items may be sent separately to ensure your new pet products are packaged in the safest way possible, however, this wouldn’t affect delivery times and they will arrive within the timeframes above. 

*** We do our best to offer Australia-wide shipping. However, there are still some postcodes in remote areas that are undeliverable for some products. If your product is unable to be delivered to your postcode, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically via email.
